7. Placing an order
The checkout process allows you to review your order before submitting it.
Please check all order and delivery information carefully.
8. Order acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.
An order is accepted when it has been successfully confirmed in accordance with the checkout/order-confirmation process.
If we cannot accept an order, any applicable payment that has already been taken will be handled appropriately.
9. Payment
Payment is due as part of the checkout process.
The final checkout must clearly communicate that submitting payment creates an obligation to pay.

Qualifying UK online customers generally have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please review our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation rights.
14. Returns
We offer a 30-day return-request period subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our voluntary policy does not reduce statutory rights.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their applicable purpose and as described in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, customers may have statutory rights to remedies such as repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
16. Sale products
Products purchased during a sale or promotional campaign retain applicable statutory consumer rights.
17. Refunds
Approved refunds are generally made to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund has been sent can depend on the customer's payment provider.
18. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may take reasonable steps to correct it.
Nothing in this section permits us to remove statutory consumer protections.

21. Liability

22. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by events genuinely outside our reasonable control where applicable law allows.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of such disruption.
23. Personal information
