How to request a cancellation or correct your order information.

1. Before dispatch
If you want to cancel your order or correct your delivery information before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible:
Please include your order number.
We will try to make the requested change before dispatch.
However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing has begun.
2. After dispatch
If an order has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel the shipment.
Your applicable returns and statutory cancellation rights will still apply.

3. Online cancellation rights
For qualifying UK online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Nothing in this policy restricts applicable statutory rights.
4. Address changes
Please verify your address before completing checkout.
If an address needs changing, contact us immediately.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, changing the destination may not be possible.
